The key principle is the creation of a knowledge base to comprehend guidelines, audit, control and ethics. Petter Gottschalk is Professor of Information Systems and Knowledge Management in the Department of Leadership and Organization at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway. He has been the president of a number of companies, including ABB Datacables, Norwegian Computing Center and Norwegian Information Technology.
